The Hotel is conveniently located in Sosua, at a very short walking distance to the beach, and all amenities like; Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, shops, and much more. The hotel is a four-floor building consisting of 17 rooms including 3 large suites/apartments with a kitchen and balcony, and a large two-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor with a spacious terrace and ocean view that the owner can use.

One of the rooms is used as a kitchen to accommodate the bar/restaurant with a thatched roof at the entrance. The beautiful swimming pool has two waterfalls and a coral stone terrace to sunbathe while enjoying a drink. A half bathroom on the main floor with a small office/reception area.
